1. Strict Laboratory Research & In Vitro Evaluation Only

All chemical sequences, synthetically manufactured lyophilized masses, reagents, and aqueous solvents distributed by Biovial Labs are sold strictly for laboratory research, industrial automation, scientific analysis, and in vitro experimentation. By completing a transaction on this storefront, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No Human Administration: These products are explicitly not medical devices, prescription drugs, food products, cosmetics, over-the-counter medication, or lifestyle supplements. They are strictly prohibited for therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, or direct human or animal administration.

• No Reconstitution or Dosing Information: In accordance with federal guidelines and industry regulations, Biovial Labs is legally prohibited from providing mixing, reconstitution, or dosing guidelines. Any customer inquiry suggesting or requesting information for human or animal consumption will be ignored, and your account will be permanently terminated.

 2. Age Restrictions & Institutional Representation

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent and certify that you are at least 21 years of age and possess the full legal capacity to handle, evaluate, and store hazardous or sensitive laboratory reagents.

Furthermore, you certify that you are a qualified researcher affiliated with a recognized scientific institution, academic laboratory, university, or commercial research facility. Biovial Labs reserves the right to request proof of institutional verification, research intent, or identity prior to processing any pending shipment.

3. Buyer Liability & Chemical Handling Indemnification

The buyer assumes all risks and full legal responsibility for the handling, storage, optimization, and evaluation of any materials purchased from Biovial Labs.

• Handling Competency: You acknowledge that you possess the necessary specialized knowledge, safety equipment (including ventilation, gloves, and protective eyewear), and containment protocols to handle chemical reagents safely.

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Biovial Labs, our parent company, partners, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, liability, damage, or loss (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your handling, misuse, storage, or accidental exposure to any materials purchased from our storefront.

 4. Abuse of Service & Immediate Account Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel pending orders, and permanently terminate customer accounts at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

Any violation, or suspected violation, of our Research Use Only policy—including posting reviews, sending support emails, or making social media statements that imply personal use, human injection, or clinical dosing—will result in immediate order cancellation, a permanent ban from our platform, and the blacklisting of your purchasing details.

 5. Fulfillment, Local Laws, and Shipping Compliance

• Geographic Restrictions: Biovial Labs distributes items strictly within the United States. It is the buyer's absolute responsibility to ensure that the chemical compounds ordered are compliant with all state, local, and regional laws or statutes within their specific jurisdiction.

• Shipping Issues: Our liability ends once a package is verified as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier network. We are not responsible for packages stolen or misplaced after confirmed delivery.

 6. Accurate Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
