At Biovial Labs, we prioritize rapid, secure, and compliant fulfillment protocols to ensure your laboratory reagents arrive in pristine analytical condition. Please review our shipping schedules, packaging standards, and operational guidelines below.

 1. Fulfillment Processing Timelines

• Processing Windows: All standard inventory orders undergo secure batch picking and vacuum-seal verification within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).

• Cut-Off Times: Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will enter our processing queue same-day. Orders placed after this cut-off window, or over the weekend, will begin processing on the following business day.

• Tracking Notification: As soon as your sequence leaves our facility and is scanned into the carrier network, an automated email notification containing your official tracking number will be generated via Klaviyo and sent to your inbox. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier's platform.

2. Ambient Thermal Stability & Summer Transit Protocols

• Lyophilized Compound Stability: All chemical reagents and peptide masses distributed by Biovial Labs are dispatched in a completely vacuum-sealed, lyophilized (freeze-dried) state. In this specific molecular state, our products possess structural thermal stability and can safely endure ambient transit environments for up to 30 days without degradation. Cold-chain shipping is not operational or required during transit.

• Extreme Heat Operations: To safeguard product integrity during extreme summer heatwaves or transit through high-temperature regional zones, our logistics team utilizes localized heat-reflective shielding within our packaging profiles.

• Post-Receipt Storage: Upon safe delivery to your facility, all lyophilized vials should immediately be transferred to a controlled climate environment or laboratory-grade refrigeration unit ($2^\circ\text{C}$ to $8^\circ\text{C}$) for baseline stabilization.

 3. Discreet & Protective Packaging Architecture

To guarantee structural protection and absolute professional privacy, all orders are dispatched using a multi-tiered security profile:

• Impact Shielding: High-purity glass vials are secured inside fitted secondary containers with shock-absorbing foam inserts to completely eliminate glass-on-glass friction and rattle.

• External Discretion: Shipments are placed inside heavy-duty, unbranded, padded metallic or Kraft mailers. The exterior packaging features zero promotional markings, chemical names, or references to laboratory materials, ensuring complete neutrality throughout the postal network.

 4. Geographic Boundaries & Restrictions

• Domestic Distribution Only: Biovial Labs ships exclusively to delivery addresses located within the United States. We do not dispatch orders to international destinations or U.S. territories outside the main domestic carrier network at this time.

• Jurisdictional Compliance: It is the buyer's sole legal responsibility to verify that the ordered chemical matrices are fully compliant with all local, state, and municipal regulations within their specific geographic delivery jurisdiction.

 5. Carrier Liability, Missing Deliveries, and Address Accuracy

• Address Verification: Buyers must provide an accurate, verified, and complete shipping destination at checkout. Biovial Labs is not legally or financially liable for shipping delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect address inputs provided by the customer.

• Carrier Execution: Once a shipment is accepted and scanned by the third-party transit carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS), physical custody and transit timelines are the sole responsibility of the logistics provider. Biovial Labs is not liable for structural delays caused by severe weather events, carrier backlogs, or unexpected routing errors.

• Delivered Packages: If a tracking link confirms a package has been officially "Delivered" to your requested destination, our structural liability concludes. We do not issue refunds or complementary replacements for packages stolen, misplaced, or intercepted from an exterior delivery location post-delivery scan.
